How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
Access to many resources! I used ResStudy throughout my residency, AAOS review journal articles, webinars, and virtual courses. The amazing Annual Meeting is full of great learning opportunities for all levels. Plus, a super organized website which is easy to navigate.

As a Fellowship Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
Journal of the AAOS (JAAOS) – great reviews of pertinent topics. Excellent to review and to use to teach!

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?  
"Measure twice, cut once." – Dr. Liew, University of Ottawa Orthopaedic Surgery.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Make a list and check it twice! The order on the list is equal to the priority of the task. When the list gets long, set aside dedicated uninterrupted time to complete multiple tasks in a row.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Running.


What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?

Golf, going out for dinner with friends and family, movies.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I am a certified advanced scuba diver and have gone diving with great white sharks!
