How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS Annaul Meetings have provided an outlet for research productivity, collaboration, and career advancement. The AAOS job board was helpful in the job search. AAOS OITE study materials were an excellent source of study questions for the OITE. I used the AAOS OVT during residency to familiarize myself with procedures prior to entering the OR.

As a Fellowship Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
The job board was the most-used resource for me this year. I used this job board among others to narrow down my search.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Andy Eglseder told me "Move with speed and alacrity", "Don’t repeat what doesn’t work", "Don’t get emotional”.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Formatting tasks into a checklist.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Reflecting on each case and writing down learning points from every case.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Woodworking, date nights, playing with kids, walking the dog.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I’ve played the violin since the age of 4.
