As an International Resident Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
I always use the OrthoInfo to provide handout to all my patients. I’ve bought many books from AAOS library. AAOS practice guidelines are always helpful.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
“To reach what you want, you just need to keep walking”. It’s from myself to me.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
If you have a heavy project, start breaking it into pieces. Make an hour every day for that project and keep your schedule to make it a habit.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Reading medical books or journals each night before sleeping.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
The silence…I always appreciate the silence and OR suction sound is one of worst enemies.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I always try while deep inside I know it will not work, and surprisingly every time it works.
