How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
The AAOS has been invaluable in shaping my professional growth by providing access to the latest research, surgical techniques, and educational resources. It has also created meaningful networking opportunities that allow me to learn from and connect with leaders in orthopaedics worldwide.

As an International Resident Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
I rely heavily on The Journal of the AAOS to stay current with new literature and evidence-based practices. It not only keeps me updated on emerging research but also reinforces core principles that guide safe and effective patient care.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
“Learn the basic principles and build upon them afterward. Perform every task meticulously, maintaining a high standard, repeating it over time until it becomes second nature. Finally, always remain empathetic, humble, and kind to others.”

This advice, shared with me by Mr. Fazal Ali, continues to guide both my professional development and my approach to patient care.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
I practice effective time management by setting clear, realistic goals and breaking them into smaller, achievable tasks. This allows me to maintain focus and consistency, even in a demanding environment.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
I’m working on building a daily routine of structured reflection—taking a few minutes at the end of each day to review what went well, identify areas for improvement, and plan for tomorrow.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my family and playing pickleball, which has become a fun way to stay active and unwind.
