As an International Resident Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
There are plenty of useful resources available through the AAOS but I find the access to all the JAAOS collections to be the most valuable resource for me as it provides evidence-based information to conduct research.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
One of my first mentors, Dr. Chadi Tannoury told me this valuable advice: Life's outcomes can be unpredictable and reaching your goals almost never happens as you intended. In order not to break, you have to be flexible and bend with the wind.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Planning ahead and prioritizing tasks accordingly. This helps me increase my efficiency by decreasing the friction between tasks.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
I realized that journaling can bring important insights. When done consistently, it will allow you to reflect on challenges and life decisions.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I used to compete as a gymnast and since I moved to the US I had to transition and turn it into a hobby. On top of that, I enjoy snowboarding, exploring new travel destinations and watching AC Milan soccer games.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
My name is originally Lebanese and when translated, it carries the meaning of "Dear Happiness".
