I use the weekly AAOS newsletters, it gives an idea of what’s new and links to the latest journal articles so I can keep abreast of the latest in our field.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Never let anything or anyone push you away from your goals.

What’s your go-to productivity trick? 
I usually play a short spell of mind trivia games just before reading, it helps me to have that extra boost. 

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit? 
Smart investments, proper financial planning.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Playing dominoes or just simply spending time with my family.
