OVT, JAAOS and technique journals, helps in revise and learn newer techniques, get to pick up the finer nuances and surgical tips and tricks, which help my practice.

Do procedures the same way again and again, standardize technique.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Journal on went well and how would I do a procedure, if the opportunity arises again.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I am a marathoner, did the NYC Marathon last year.
