- Your Member ID should be shown in the email survey invitation.
- If that is not available, please log in to acccess ID or contact AAOS Customer Service.

Yes. Please visit aaos.org/weheardyou to access the survey. You will need your AAOS login credentials to complete.
How long do I have to provide my feedback?
We encourage all Members to complete the survey as soon as possible. However, AAOS members can access the survey until October 15, 2023.
When will the survey results be analyzed?
The Academy anticipates processing the results by January of 2024.
Will the data be shared with the general membership?
- The AAOS Market Research team will analyze the data and submit the findings to the AAOS Membership Council and the AAOS Board of Directors. As a result of this Member feedback, the Academy may take immediate direct actions or begin development of new initiatives.
- AAOS is constantly striving to improve Member resources and services. When Academy leadership makes decisions that affect Membership, there are formal announcements to all Members of the Academy.
Will I get a chance to write in feedback if I have specific comments that I want to provide?
Yes, there is an open-ended question in the survey for comments.
Are survey responses kept anonymous?
Yes, the responses will remain anonymous and all findings will be reported in aggregate.
How can I help spread the word about the #BeHeard campaign?
Great question! There are many ways that you can help us spread the word to your Member peers. You can:
- Send an email to colleagues and friends encouraging them to complete the survey. Be sure to share this webpage link, aaos.org/weheardyou.
- Follow us on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) if you are not already, and share our posts about the survey. Make sure to use our hashtag #BeHeard and tag the Academy in your posts and stories!
- Post about the survey on your own social media channels using our hashtag #BeHeard and include the link aaos.org/weheardyou. Be sure to tag the Academy in your posts and stories.
Is there an incentive for completing the survey?
Yes. All individuals who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win:
- One of five Gold Registration packages to attend the AAOS 2024 Annual Meeting—a $609 value!
