In this episode, pediatric orthopaedic surgeon Dustin Greenhill, MD, FAAOS, recounted his research journey, explaining how he was encouraged by his mentors to persevere after his first manuscript (written as a med student) was rejected. He explained how he currently gets Residents and Fellows involved in and excited about research and offered advice on how to fit research projects into already jam-packed schedules.
