Overall Purpose/Mission
Make recommendations to the Fellowship on all proposed amendments to the AAOS Bylaws and Standards of Professionalism.
Charges
1. Align all activities to support execution and achievement of the mission, vision, goals, strategic objectives and metrics of the Strategic Plan and conduct all business in accordance with the Core Values as adopted by the Board of Directors.
2. Review and make recommendations on all proposed amendments to the bylaws pursuant to Article XI of the Academy Bylaws and Article XVI of the Association Bylaws.
3. In its capacity as Standards of Professionalism Oversight Committee, review and make recommendations on all proposed Standards of Professionalism pursuant to Article XIX of the Association bylaws.
