Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM)
The Exhibitor Service Manual is your go-to guide for preparing for AAOS 2026. It provides direct access to essential resources such as booth installation guidelines, order forms for services like electrical and internet, shipping instructions, the official service contractor directory, badge registration, and critical deadlines.
Official Vendors
You can verify official vendors and service providers by referring to the list below or by looking for the “AAOS Annual Meeting Official Vendor” designation on order forms, emails, and websites. Authorized vendors will include this logo in their communications to registered exhibitors. Please note that any other company offering exhibit services is not affiliated with AAOS.
