AAOS Fundamentals of Knee & Shoulder Arthroscopy for Orthopaedic Residents
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Set up the operating room for knee and shoulder arthroscopic procedures.

Establish arthroscopic portals and develop essential triangulation skills for knee and shoulder surgery.

Perform diagnostic arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder in the correct procedural sequence.

Apply arthroscopic techniques for partial meniscectomy, meniscus repair, microfracture, subacromial decompression, distal clavicle excision, and biceps tenotomy.

Execute advanced procedures, including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and labral repair, with confidence and precision.
