How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS has been foundational throughout my career. AAOS provided the educational I needed in my first few years to learn to build and manage my practice. Now AAOS provides a second to none platform to share my clinical and research advances in the files of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
As an Active Fellow Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
I utilize AAOS as a resource for cutting edge clinical and basic science advancements.

The best advice I was ever given was “Be 2% better every single day” Evan Flatow, MD)
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Best trick is be prepared. You can never over prepare.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Now with many surgeries becoming ambulatory, I make it a habit to call and check on all my patients immediately post-op.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I am life-long American muscle car enthusiast.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I played the Offensive Line in College.
