How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS has always been a beacon for information and resources, from ResStudy to the Journal, and attending the Academy.

As a Candidate Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
In this current phase of my career I utilize the JAAOS the most, reading it to keep up with the latest research and topics in general Orthopaedics as well as my subspecialty of spine.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
My parents have always given me the advice of "Work hard, play hard" and I think that helps me to work towards my goals but also to have a good work-life balance!

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Make a list! Especially when I am overwhelmed with tasks and all that I have to do, I begin by making a list and prioritizing the tasks, then I get to it.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
I am trying to wake up early every day, even on days off, to help with my routine!

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I enjoy running, reading, traveling, knitting and sewing, and watching documentaries.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I am currently training for my 10th marathon!
