How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS was extremely useful to me for OITE and ABOS preparation, as well as preparing for cases. The annual meeting has allowed me to present research I have done and also allowed me to network with others in the field.
As a Fellowship Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
I utilize JAAOS for review articles and to keep up with current literature, Orthopaedic Video Theater for surgical videos, and also have used the ACCELERATE career platform this year for job hunting
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
“When planning to do SI screws, always make sure to prep in the contralateral side. Two of my trauma fellowship attendings,” Sandy Soin, MD and Noah Joseph, MD.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Setting important reminders in my iPhone and handwriting to-do lists.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Getting up and going to the gym before work.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Running, outdoor activities, sporting events, spending time with my wife.

I am PADI scuba certified.
