Since joining AAOS, I have gained access to multiple resources that facilitate my daily practice go smooth. These include the AAOS Journals and other online educational contents.

I use JAAOS most often as it provides the latest updates in orthopaedics and trauma.
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Never get tired of learning was the best advice I received from my parents when I was in intermediate school. This always encourages me to continue learning and commit to seeking new concepts whether online, reading or attending events.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Plan, Prioritize and Start with the small and easily achievable tasks.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Do more research, engage with International colleagues and create a stronger research profile.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I love sleeping, which is a fact my wife and my mother know. Fridays, which is the only weekend for me, is a sleeping day for me, at least AM hours.
