AAOS RegistryInsights® Dashboards and Reporting Frequently Asked Questions

 

  1. What is AAOS RegistryInsights®?

AAOS Registries are built on technology that allows your site to access all your AAOS orthopaedic registries in one place. It is called AAOS RegistryInsights. Registry Program participants have access to two dashboards on RegistryInsights: Institution Dashboards and Surgeon Dashboards. The RegistryInsights platform also offers reports that you can run on your data at any time.

 

  1. Do you offer training for the RegistryInsights platform?

Our Registry Support team provides one-on-one training and walks you through the onboarding process. General RegistryInsights platform, patient-reported outcome (PRO) portal, and on-demand training webinars are also held periodically to provide additional information. AAOS Registry Program participants can access user guides in the Tools & Resources menu tab of RegistryInsights or contact our Support team

 

  1. How frequently are the data in the dashboards and reports updated?

Correctly submitted files can be viewed on the platform within 48 hours.

 

  1. How do I access RegistryInsights?

If you are an Authorized User, Patient-reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) Site Administrator, or Surgeon User, you will be given username and password credentials and can log into RegistryInsights here. Contact Registry Support at RegistrySupport@aaos.org if you are unable to log in.

 

  1. Can I request a custom report?

A custom report can be generated for participants from their data. To request custom reports, contact RegistryAnalytics@aaos.org
